Firstly the flight was delayed, these things happen but nevertheless I end up missing my connecting Qatar flight to Belgrade, put into a horrible little hotel for 24hrs without my bag, no clothes or toiletries. At one point during the flight once everyone had their chairs reclined one hostess told me to not put mine so far back?!?! Then when asked well then person in front of me has to move theirs forward and her response no they don’t. Absolutely shocking. To think I wanted to upgrade to business class. I’m traveling the globe over the next year and thought let me try Qatar but never again with this type of service and how they treat their customers."
Pros: "The plane was new and spotless, the crew did everything possible to make the flight great. Food service, and Wine and Cocktails were always served with a smiling face and it made you think of flying many years ago. Service cleanliness of the restrooms and staff were top notch"

Everything was good. The only problem we experienced is that my daughter and I were flying Lufthansa to Europe, but back by United and we couldn’t book the seats, even when I was checking in for the flight 24 hours in advance. I got the seats assigned only 1.5 hours before departure. As a result we were seated separately. And in the middle. I always book my seats by the aisle as I have diabetes and I use the restroom often. You should work on that issue to allow passengers to book their seats in advance.
Flight never showed up and there was no one at the airport to help .

Cons: ". The economy seats on the Lufthansa A350 were extremely uncomfortable and seemed excessively narrow as well has having cramped legroom. I could not get comfortable let alone sleep, and my backside felt like I had been sitting on a park bench rather than a long haul coach airline seat."
Pros: "A340-600 is a wonderful plane, but economy is too cramped. The stewards do their job of feeding the "cattle", which lacks any personal service."

Cons: "This was one of the worst flights I’ve been on. Both planes were downright filthy. The flight from Dallas to Barcelona had several broken toilets. Flight from Paris to Barcelona boarded and once everyone was on board, they told us that we would be sitting there for 2 hours before leaving."

Held us in a separate room including me who is single mother traveled with 2 year old for 3 flights in the row. My son didnt get his meal. Also had to ask for any juice. Horrible menu. Late food serving, but quick to clean up in a rash. Loud people on phones and nobody stopped them. Horrible experience."
