8,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location, comfortable beds, new bathroom, nice patio with chairs and table. The room has a small fridge, which was great.
Cons: Dutch people are known for being immune to cold, however for me the heating in the room was not enough. There was no option to adjust the temperature myself. Therefore the room was chilly, so as was bathroom. I am glad I had a thick pyjama and extra pair of warm socks.
8,0 Excellent
Cons: soap and shampoo in bathroom would be nice
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The location was great, service as well, anyway we just stayed one night in Zandvoort, but planning to come back.
Cons: I wish there was a big bed instead of two small ones

Pros: The bed's are very comfy. Its very central to the Beach. The Parking Area isnt far and we had an good feeling to let the Car there. We would come everytime again!
Cons: It was difficult to get the bathroom warm with the heater. The Wi-Fi was to slow for anything.
10,0 Excellent

Cons: The heater worked on its maximum, but there were a little cold. There wasn't soap in the bathroom.

6,7 Good
Pros: Close to city center, good price/value, tea/coffee +
Cons: It was damn cold: bed in my room was in 10cm from lufting door). So I slept in full-thermo suit. There was no shower kit (I mean shampoo or soap), glad I had one with me
7,0 Good
Cons: Would have been nice if the construction site next door wouldn't start hammering and drilling at 7.30 am, or if the property had noted the construction noise on their listings

9,2 Excellent
Pros: Small room but cozy private area in front of the building, friendly manager and close to the beach and to supermarkets
9,6 Excellent
Pros: I was staying in Zandvoort for only one night so I was looking for a hotel at a low budget price - so this place was a nice, positive surprise. very large room with a balcony, clean, Man who receiving guests at the reception was very nice and competent, distance from the sea is small, the center literally a moment walk.
Cons: the only downside was the squeaky floor but that's a small detail.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Off-season offer quite attractive just 40 mn from Amsterdam city Centre

Pros: The room was small but very well equiped. Good bed, excellent shower and coffee / tea facilities. Location is perfect, also for visits to Haarlem. Friendly welcome from night receptionist.
4,0 Okay
Pros: The people are nice. The hotel is OK I guess.
Cons: I didn't get the room I reserved. This was confirmed when I ordered but occupied when I arrived. And only if you can step out it is not a balcony. The wifi signal was not reaching my room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location directly in heart of Zandvoort. The coffee from the little koffiezetapparaat was great. For gateway from the city or sleeping holidays in winter period is a very comfortable and *clean* hotel. Not more then 4 mins walk to the beach. Will definitely recommend.
Cons: .
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We liked the generous space of the room, and what is probably the most comfortable bed in Europe. We had a table and chairs, as well as a relaxing sofa, and a good view of gardens. Our host was a very friendly helpful parrot, as was his human companion.
Cons: Although it was great to have a coffee machine, we couldn't get it to work. Overnight parking is close-by in an underground garage, and relative;y cheap, but not free. Otherwise, our overnight stay was perfect.
7,0 Good
Pros: The place was clean. It was close to the beach, the station and some supermarkets and restaurants.
Cons: Parking was 10 euros per day and there was free parking near the hotel. The room had the toilet and the bathroom separated and there was no sink with the toilet. The bathroom was very small and the floor of the shower was the 90% of the space.

9,0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Anna is really in the best possible location in Zandvoort, just across the street from the beach and around the corner from the city center. The hosts were really sweet and offered us coffee and a little snack although no breakfast was included. Also very helpful if you need some advice. The room was bigger than expected, shower, bathroom and everyting clean.
Cons: The matrace for my taste was a little soft. But this is definitely depending on anyone's likes. Other than that: Nothing to complain at all!!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Stayed for the Historic Grand Prix in September; ideal location only a few minutes drive from circuit and easy walking distance to shops/bars/restaurants/beach.
Cons: The steep and winding stairs to bedrooms (up or downstairs) could be a problem if you're not agile!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Good location&staff
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Location was right in the center, minutes from everything. The one thing to remember is that this means it's on the edge of a pretty busy traffic circle. If you have trouble with road noise, may want to ask for an inside room or look at other options. It does quiet down to nearly no traffic late at night, though. The place was very clean and served its purpose...a nice place to lay your head down at the end of a long day of beach and exploration, all for minimal price.
Cons: Breakfast was very basic...coffee, tea, a couple of pastries, some fruit. There's lots of nice breakfast places nearby if you want something more substantial.
7,9 Good
Pros: Lovely host Anna. Super location. Comfortable beds.
Cons: Rooms basic but in need of modernising. Stairs very narrow and steep to top floor.

Pros: We booked this hotel so we could catch the train into Amsterdam as we are travelling by car around Europe. It was perfectly positioned to do that. The hotel was comfortable if not a little tired but was clean and had the best breakfast we’ve had for a month. The owner and staff were helpful and we felt it was value for money
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Clean hotel and rooms.
Cons: Took awile to warm the room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Well what can I say other than it was a lovely stay. I work as air crew so stay in hotels all over the world and this one was superb. Perfect location close to the station and just off the main part of town so quiet at night. Lovely welcome but unobtrusive which is how it should be. Room was modern and immaculately clean. Bathroom was clean and had shampoo and shower gel. Nice to have a fridge in the room and loved the blue light inside it. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Slept so well and wish I had that mattress at home. Breakfast was superb. Good choice of cereals, breads, yoghurt and different cooked eggs and hot food each day. Coffee was delicious and hot. Staff were friendly but not overbearing which again indicates good service. Loved having a window that opened for fresh air. The only thing that would make it even better would be to have a kettle in the room to make coffee in the morning. My friend took a kettle with her so that wasn’t an issue but if you like that early morning cuppa take one with you. The big question would I go back ....YES I will. I highly recommend the Hotel Faber. Don’t hesitate to book.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great! Faber is a cozy hotel, located less than 10 min walking to the beach and to the city Center. We got a room on ground floor, with a nice terrace. The room was very clean and breakfast was very good.

8,8 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly owners.
Cons: There is nothing to point out, other than the breakfast being not worth of 11€
8,8 Excellent
Pros: I'd like a fact that I can get to a beech just from a step of your door . Place had a very unique character. Can't be missed.
Cons: It would be nice touch if there is more toiletries in batchroom
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very cosey bed and excellent location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly relaxed feeling about hotel and spa, try and visit once a year and this is always my first place to to search for accommodation in Zandvoort.
Cons: It rained most of weekend, even for someone from Scotland this was rain.
7,9 Good
Pros: Nice location close to the beach and to the Waterleidingduinen nature reserve. The room is reasonably large with a balcony with table and chairs, which is nice. The bathroom is modern and nicely decorated. We didn't actually use the shower, because we used the hot tub and sauna every day and showered there. The spa has a gentle relaxed vibe, with an Arabian themed relaxation area, a small sauna and a hot tub. It was lovely. The bed was comfy. It was great to have the ability to make real coffee in the room and also to have a decent sized fridge. Another plus was sturdy hooks beside the door for coats and jackets.... one of my pet hates is having to sling wet coats on the bed or on a chair, because that little detail has never been thought of. There were a couple of small armchairs too. Nice one. The cleaning lady was especially friendly and helpful.
Cons: The overall impression was knocked quite a bit because the duvet covers were old and worn to the extent that there were rips in them. One of the scatter cushions had a burn hole.... someone smoking in the room, despite clear signs that it was banned. There wasn't much space to store luggage. That could easily be remedied by replacing the table under the mirror with a shelf that was high enough to put a suitcase under.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very kind personnel, nice spa, very close to the beach. Everything perfect.
Cons: Nothing negative.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: The personal was very nice and helpful! In general we liked the stay and also the room. It was room Z including view of the sea. Price/Room ration was perfect Every time again :)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great accommodation, fantastic hosts and close to a beautiful beach.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The pension is located just one block away from the beach promenade and we had the luck that our room had an "ocean view" (in front of us there were houses that blocked the view but ib between two houses there was an open piece of land and our view of the ocean was good). The owner and his wife are one the friendliest and most engaged people we have ever met in our trips and provided us with a great service beyond expectations. The breakfast might seem expensive (8,50 €) but it is not: good variety of cheeses, bread and cold cuts and the nice atmosphere are worth the money, especially when all eating places in Zandvoort are so expensive. And every two days they serve omelettes. We will go back without a doubt.
Cons: The decoration of the room was too "decorative", but it's a taste thing. The coffee served at breakfast is not so good, but also not so bad.
7,0 Good
Pros: Clean, newly renovated, friendly sfaff, awesome lighting.
Cons: There is a step up into the bathroom that we hurt ourselves on.
6,0 Good
Pros: The hotel was right on the water with great sunrises.
Cons: A bit run down but ok for just a quick night stay.
6,7 Good
Pros: stayed at watertoren as Amsterdam hotels of similar price were a little seedy - good move. The trains run late and my room had 24 hour access and was self sufficient as it had a shower, fridge and kettle. A great base for places like Haarlem and Amsterdam - last train back is after midnight. Staff were very friendly - loved my stay there :)
Cons: no complaints
7,0 Good
Pros: Great breakfast buffet and the ownere was very helpful and always happy to give advice on things to see and do and using public transport to get around.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: the managers were friendly and went out of their way to look after your needs and make you comfortable. They recommended restaurants and sights to see in the area and helped with instructions to reach destinations that we were visiting. I would strongly recommend this hotel for people who like to go to beaches as they are only 1 block away from the fabulous sandy beach. Parking is available at the pension. Wonderful breakfasts, clean room, beautiful views from windows and friendly staff.
Cons:
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The flat is very good. This hotel is well located. The manager is very nice.
Cons:
8,0 Excellent
Pros: charming owners, provided a very warm welcome - friendly room, with excellent facilities, including fridge and coffee machine - free w-lan - very close to the beach

Overlooking either the pretty village centre or the well-known water tower, the cosy rooms have been carefully decorated with your needs kept in mind. Breakfast can be enjoyed at a variety of restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Just 12 kilometres away from the charming city of Haarlem, and 30 kilometres away from bustling Amsterdam, Hotel Anna is the perfect home base for those wishing to enjoy the beach and nature yet still be close to the action of city life.

7,0 Good
Pros: It was quiet and peaceful. The room was small but comfortable and clean. We had perfect privacy during our stay.
Cons: We were the only guest at the hotel and it has a very unpleasant effect to the breakfast: poor choice, only cold meal and sometimes I had some problem with the quality and freshness. The common areas were cold every day, especially the dining room.
7,5 Good
Pros: Very kind and open stuff, great location.
Cons: A little bit dirty in the room in the corners and strange smell in cupboard.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Awesome breakfast, close walk to beach and everything else. Did sort of have a loading zone alley to.use. Staff the most friendly and helpful anywhere! Windows open to fresh air.
Cons: Cramped for three people. But comfortable. Had to park long walk away.

Pros: The view from the room is really nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. We visited in January so it was pretty cold but still nice to walk on the beach. There is a water park attached. We had a lot of fun there! It was me and my boyfriend. It’s great for families w kids too!
Cons: The room was very nice but there was duct tape to seale the window bc of high winds. This caused an extra noise from the wind.
7,0 Good
Pros: Excellent breakfast and very good location.
Cons: Dinning hall closed because there are too few users (our of season).
5,0 Okay
Pros: It was within walking distance from the train station
Cons: The staff was really slow and indifferent. First room we were assigned to it was flooded. The answer “it is raining. The rain comes inside from the outside”. The second room we were assigned to it started flooding over night probably because it was still raining and “the rain comes inside from the outside”. There is no room service nor anything in the mini fridge. If you would like to get a drink after 12 “the bar is closed and we don’t care the vending machine is broken”. Would 100% not recommend
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome seaview from every room. It is my 5th stay in this hotel - and for good reason (price/location/not far from train station etc.). The hotel was renovated a couple years ago. Anfortunately, they got rid of cooking facilities they used to have in the rooms, but kettle is still there.
Cons: Free Wi-Fi is just dialup speed - emails only. For normal internet speeds you have to pay, and a lot. Come on guys, it is 3rd decade of 21st century, stop being THAT obsolete.
7,3 Good
Pros: Zeer ruime en comfortabele kamers
8,0 Excellent
Pros: It was very comfortable and clean.
Cons: The elevator sometimes was late.
5,3 Okay
Pros: Great swimming and water facilities, especially for kids.
Cons: I found it completely baffling that since we did not purchase the 11 Euro breakfast, we did not receive coffee/tea in our room, even though they did provide us with a coffee maker, as if to laugh at us. After strenuous complaining (I've never stayed at a 4 star hotel that didn't provide gratis tea/coffee in the room on check-in), they provided the tea and coffee to us, and to be honest, their service and attention to the matter was very fast, professional and courteous.
3,7 Mediocre
Pros: The beach and the pools are very good, and the kids were happy. (But the room was very poorly cleanded. Despite complains the cleaning continued to be at an unacceptable level. The fact that you can't get a cup of coffee at half past two in the afternoon in the hotelarea is a clear sign of lack of ambition. you decide to go here
Cons: But the room was very poorly cleanded. Despite complains the cleaning continued to be at an unacceptable level. (And the fact that you can't get a cup of coffee at half past two in the afternoon in the hotel is a clear sign of lack of ambition) - If you decide to go here
6,0 Good
Pros: Very convenient location and close to the Ferry port at IJmuiden
5,2 Okay
Pros: The staff was friendly and polite. I loved the location to the beach
Cons:
6,4 Good
Pros: I enjoyed all the facilities. Given not great beach weather, it was nice to have tennis and squash courts and bicycle rentals as part of the hotel complex. The view from our room of the beach and all the wind and kite surfers was great.
Cons: the food. there were lots of restaurants but i couldn't find any healthy options. breakfast was plentiful but most of the food was tasteless and unsatisfying. there were some good options in the town about a 15 minute walk away.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff very helpful, view of the beach
Cons:
6,0 Good
Pros: Visited various places in the Netherlands
Cons: no
6,8 Good

Cons: I think just a bit pricey, but they all are at the beach.

5,4 Okay
Pros: Proximity to the beach and the main street (inevitably it’s loud late at night), somewhat “camp” feeling about this “hotel” - but you need to be in the mood for its hostel-like vibe
Cons: Tiny room and bathroom (nothing like the picture of course) with an almost claustrophobic feel to it - it’s 20 EUR overpriced if you ask me. The night receptionist couldn’t be bothered to make suggestions of any kind, morning shift had much better attitude. Not to mention the smell of urine in the halls..
9,0 Excellent
Cons: Nothing
1,0 Poor
Pros: The hotel is terrible!!!
Cons: Breakfast was sparse and monotonous. The room was noisy, the radiators making a strange noise, the metal wardrobe creaking horribly. The whole hotel smelled greasy. I wouldn't go to this hotel a second time.
2,5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Very old and dirty room. Corridor was bad smelling. No room facilities. No soap. No cleaning. Every thing in room is old and smelling. I have never stayed in such worst hotel till now. Ratings given by others are fake. Please don't opt this hotel.
7,1 Good
Pros: Near from beach, shopping street, supermarket.
Cons: The drain wasn’t good in shower room.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Room 10, very very noisy, staff were moving breakfast pots and pans from basement next to room 10 at 6.30 in the morning, talking loud and giggling in the progress, pillows are flat and uncomfortable, breakfast was very basic, no English breakfast tea available, constant smell of fish, dull place with no atmosphere, alcoholic drinks under measured, spacious rooms but that's about it, staff miserable and not approachable
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Room upgrade. Easy checking
Cons: There was nothing not to like
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great location.
Cons: Small counter space in the bathroom and no eating table in the main room.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Room had a modern touch, staff was very nice and helpful, room and hotel was very clean, great location, attached restaurant had an amazing breakfast
Cons: Air conditioner in room wasn't functioning properly, it was sometimes loud due to proximity to main street - and often driven by sports cars revving engines

1,0 Poor
Pros: The beach and the city
Cons: Too much things: there is construction work inside the hotel and its very dirty! The smell in the room was horrible! The bed is super miserable and not comfortable! The terrace is miserable, the breakfast is not good. Not returning back there
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was lovely I had seconds lol.
Cons: The room was not advertised on booking.com. I saw a picture of a room with a view. When I paid I saw a pic of a one bed room and was really upset. I went to the hotel and complained. And they gave me a lovely room and were really friendly.
7,0 Good
Cons: The hotel hall ways give a bad impression. Badly need painting and new carpets. Depressing!
7,0 Good
Pros: close to station close to beach
Cons: parking money very expensive
7,0 Good
Pros: Exceptional location
Cons: Wifi wasn't working during our stay Windows weren't cleaned (which was annoying because we booked a loft with sea view and it looked really ugly in all the photos) Some of the staff was unpleasant (which other members of staff luckily made up for)
7,0 Good
Cons: Really bad WiFi in room - was forced to use my mobile as hotspot to be able to do something. And - 0.75L bottle of still water for almost 6 EUR? Seriosly? (reception refused to give one while restaurant is open, and they had only some fancy one in glass bottle). Restaurant downstairs was little overpriced for low season too.
