The significant factor is that we were upgraded to a one bedroom unit on arrival. This was so welcome after our 24 hour flight from Australia and a very kind gesture. After being in Europe for some time now we appreciate the convenience of the refrigerator and the tea and coffee making facilities provided. It was a good breakfast, and the one meal we had in the bar was delicious and well priced.

The gym was very nice and one should take advantage that the Westin offers its customers gym clothes.
The place looks terrible. In my room, paint was falling off of the walls. It looks like it needs some care. Not what one would expect from a Westin property.

The hotel is very close to the city center. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, fresh fruits, fresh continental and buffet breakfast.
