Pros (+) I was able to really enjoy the spa tub! The way it was angled you could also relax and watch TV
Cons (-) There was only decaf coffee in my room
Pros (+) Staff was fantastic, this was the highpoint of the stay Lounge area was very comfortable.
Cons (-) The mattresses were very, very uncomfortable. Stayed in a 'lower tier' hotel the previous two nights and the mattresses were far superior. Limited hours for Starbucks .. wondering why it was even there. Limited breakfast offerings ... liked the old style courtyard breakfast restaurant much better.

Pros (+) The hotel was very nice on the outside as well as the inside. The staff was very professional, nice and accomadating.
Cons (-) The smell in our room was really bad. The room was cleaned thoroughly but it still had an unpleasant odor that we could not quite identify. However, upon informing the front desk, not only did they move us to another room while we we out for the day, but they also moved every single one of our things into our new room with not such much of a hair missing. Thank you!
