Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore York and access nearby attractions. The breakfast received many positive mentions for its quality and variety, and the staff were frequently described as friendly, welcoming, and attentive. While many appreciated the cleanliness and unique charm of the hotel, several guests noted that the rooms, especially bathrooms, were small or cramped. Some also mentioned minor issues with noise or dated facilities, but overall, the positives outweighed the negatives for most visitors.AI-generated from customer reviews
