Cons (-) They were overbooked ( I guess just like the airlines do nowadays ) and were not able my honor my reservation (which was booked on the Marriott corp site). Instead, offered to stay at Homestead by Marriot just across the road. The gym and the swimming pool facilities at Homestead are not as good as Courtyard, and they were okay for me to use the Courtyard's.
