Comfy bed, clean, good breakfast & fruit bowl! Great location nice walk to centre.
Nothing to record....Good for a short stay which is what we wanted.
The staff were friendly, great location, the room was comfy and clean, lovey little tea and biscuits available and the breakfast was amazing, great range of choice, definitely would stay again
The owner could not have been more helpful and attended to our every need. Breakfast was very good and a good selection of food could be had. Free car parking was a bonus. Our room was a good size and was double glazed. Convenient for the town centre, a 15 minute stroll along the riverside into town, or an alternative 15 minute minute route taking you to the other side of town.
Nothing really, it met our expectations to the full during our 3 night stay.
good value and ideal for what we wanted. It was very busy the first time we went 2 weeks ago but much quieter this time and it was great to see Arthur again. The bed was very comfortable and room airy and quieter than at the front.
Nothing really. I would have preferred somewhere to get inside and sit down while we waited for Arthur to come to the door. I appreciate that he is on his own and that the property needs to be kept secure, but there was a wait on both occasions and the second time, we couldn't get access to the reception area until he answered.
Good breakfast choice.
Nearest restaurant is 30 mins walk away and couldn't get the car out of the crampt car park.
