The staffs were very kind and helpful. We had many luggages but staffs were helping us. We are very appreciated. We would like to return when we visit Japan again.
The room was little too small and the view from the room wasn’t good but I understand every room don’t have good view. But staff were very kind and helpful so we are satisfied.
