Closeness to the Bus station, beautiful restaurant with venetian-like arquitecture. The room was clean.
The rooms are old fashioned and kitsch. Not many electrical outlets.
Check in tool forever, seemed like the check in desk was training someone while checking us in- but with very little communication as to why it was taking so long. And they had to check room first too- and we were not checking in early either. Then when we finally got to the room the aircon didn't work. Also the wondow in the shower looked into the room next door!? And nowhere was a wifi password to be found. I walked down and asked for assistance. Got the wifi details - but was told they'll help with aircon in a bit. About 2 hours later someone came to room to let us know that we can change rooms. They didn't even try to fix aircon or see what was wrong. So we moved. And the second room was about half the size and with no windows except the one looking out to the passage way.... Room was stuffy and cramped despite being a triple. The bedding was uncomfortable and half the plugs didn't work. Also... The bathroom had no windows, no extractor fan so very humid and the shower door was so bent it couldn't close properly. And the wash basin was in the middle of the room.. which is strange. The check-out was also a struggle, not because I don't speak Spanish but because the hotel staff make no effort to communicate with you. For the price we paid I was very unsatisfied and unhappy with place. The hotel is beautifully decorated inside and outside- looks like it has loads of potential, but the service needs a lot of work.
comfortable and safe place.
they should have a bilingual employee who can understand and speak english most specially to the reception area.
Good decor. Big rooms
Customer service. Wifi didn’t work for few days on my floor and they didn’t fix it despite repeated complaints
Unique architecture. Friendly staff
Limited breakfast choice of included breakfast. Poor acoustics. Can hear noice in the room.
