Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, and clean rooms. Many appreciated the convenience to local attractions and the resort, as well as amenities like the pool and pet-friendly policies. However, several guests were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning, noise issues from neighboring rooms or the highway, and uncomfortable beds or pillows. Despite some dated features and minor inconveniences, the overall sentiment was positive, especially regarding service and location.

Pros (+) Stayed in the summer, so off-season at winter park. Beautiful hotel with kitchenettes which we found handy, nice pool and hot tub, and cool little gondola going to downtown winter park. Great staff, too.
