Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests found the hotel's location convenient and enjoyed views of Detroit and the river. Many praised the staff for being friendly and helpful, and several reviews mentioned clean and comfortable rooms. However, there were repeated complaints about service inconsistencies, cleanliness issues in some rooms and the pool area, and disappointment with the breakfast and some amenities. While the restaurant and river views were highlights, some guests noted problems with maintenance, noise, and value for price.
