Good location a little way out of town, parking was fine. Very clean, warm and comfortable room. Good standard of decor throughout. The staff are friendly and chatty and there is a very welcoming feel to the hotel. I very much appreciate the support that the hotel extends to the blind. I didn't know about the hotel's long history with this before I arrived and the loving care and attention shown to these guests by all staff is commendable. It is a heartwarming gesture which very much lifted my enjoyment of my stay.
Nothing, all was good
The views very good from bedroom.
It may not be appropriate but table clothes would have enhanced the dining room.
situation from main town and getting out and about
1st room was awful large very wet stain on carpet which the room was very smelly 2nd room no hot water toilet didnt work we did report it but still no hot water.....floor tiles in bathroom no grout in alot and uneven even taps were broken on leaving the hotel hit us with extra charges of which we didnt eat there also did not have a bar tab ......very dissapointing we will not be returning .....on the last day we asked for the manager and we was told he has gone on a 2 wk holiday.........
The staff very friendly
The room smelt fusty and drafty
