The hotel is a maze but clean and beautiful and all the staff fantastic without a hint of false customer service brilliant
Very well hosted. The attention to detail lacking at most hotels nowadays still happens here. A great team. The breakfast menu and the breakfast service were first rate.
Dogs everywhere. Great for dog owners and dog lovers. Not so welcome to others.
An amazing hotel and worthy of the exceptional feedback - the staff were excellent, the food was outstanding and the location couldn't have been better. I couldn't recommend this hotel strongly enough.
The downstairs area was welcoming with two open fireplaces and a very tranquil seating. Beautiful views overlooking the lake. very friendly and attentive staff. Lovely breakfast
Unfortunately our room overlooked the hotels car park which was noisy and the room was not in the oldest part of the hotel. It would be beneficial to have photographs or insight as to what this area looked like prior to booking as it wasn’t what we expected due the rate of the room. The stains on the walls, skirting board and curtains was also more than a little disappointing after paying £170. The issues with the room were highlighted to staff however it was a very busy period with the hotel being fully booked.
