Staff was great for what they could offer due to Covid.
The tub in master bath needs a step added. Not easy to get in and out of and is actually a very dangerous slipping hazard. I tried to get in to soak after a long ride the first night and my foot slipped a little upon entry causing my other leg to hit the tile around the tub really hard and I had to walk around with a huge ugly bruise the whole time I was there on vacation. My fiancé got in the next morning and tried to soak. He decided to turn the jets on and black moldy pieces came out. Thank goodness I didn’t turn them on the night before or I could have gotten a serious infection. Found someone else’s clothes left behind in the master bedroom dresser drawers, a dirty cup was found in the dishwasher upon arrival, and due to being unused for a while there were small house spiders that were in corners all over. Cleaning company could definitely have done a better job. The only other thing we wish was better was the fact it is a timeshare facility. We asked if we could stay an additional night and were given a number to call. They said no due to it being a holiday weekend and all rooms were booked. Understandable, but they never mentioned anything about becoming a member. You would think with a timeshare they would always be trying to sell.
The staff was amazing and very friendly. The rooms were very spacious.
The grills where to far away and I wanted to bbq for my daughter birthday.there was a big black snake on the patio which is very dangerous for kids and small dogs. I also didn’t like the fact that I could not open the curtains to the bedrooms because everyone can see straight into the rooms yes there’s lamps but sunlight is always better. The bedrooms looked like they haven’t been dusted in weeks the dressers where filled with dust and the bathrooms need a update the shower especially.I visit Williamsburg a lot with my family and hope to return to your facility.
The spacious rooms were amazing in accommodating our big family
we called and asked for trash bags and never received them
Check in was wonderful, the staff was amazing. The social distancing guidelines were being unforced. We had an amazing time.
Due to reopening I wasn’t able to attend the promotion class.
Front desk staff heard we were on a family getaway celebrating a birthday, so they delivered a gift to the birthday girl, my 6 year old granddaughter! It wad much appreciated and unexpected. She loved it! They also arranged to fit her, her mom, dad and toddler brother into the pool schedule, as there was a maximum capacity due to Covid, and all time slots were full. Staff pleasantly and without hesitation, agreed for us to have a late checkout as well. We had a great stay and will definitely return to this wonderful resort. 5 star in every aspect!!!
