Room needed updating so much that there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling. Although the engineer came promptly and was very apologetic, the front desk could not find another room to move us until the next day. Other than that, grounds are beautiful and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

Pros (+) We were only getting away for a single night and chose Marriott's Manor Club at Ford's Colony based on the ratings. Could not have been happier! We are already planning a return trip with the entire family.
