Cons: When we checked in we were told that because we were staying 2 nights we would qualify for a non expiring voucher for a future stay at a Best Western facility. But, when we checked out and asked about it we were told no, that was not the case and we had to do something different at check in. That kind of spoiled the stay and we will look for other accommodations next time we travel!

Located in the heart of the Cariboo region of Central BC, at the junction of Highway 97 and Highway 20 West within 4 blocks from Williams Lake downtown core, the Ramada Williams Lake is the only full facility hotel located blocks from city hall, law courts, community aquatic and ice sports complex, shopping and restaurants. Liquor store is next door. Ramada Williams Lake offers suites with king beds, microwaves and fridges. All rooms have free internet with WiFi and LAN lines. Accessible rooms as well as pet friendly rooms are available. Carmens Restaurant is onsite and serves a free hot and cold buffet breakfast. Also onsite are the Overlander Pub, meeting rooms and conference rooms. Free Parking. Hot Tub. 100 Percent Non Smoking.

Cons: Prefer showers. Bathtub was too deep. Slightly disabled so was unable to get into tub to have a shower (or possibly for some people a bath). Assuming you have a handicapped room will ask for one next time with a walk-in shower.

Cons: Due to nearby wildfires, the hotel was shut down to the public. It became a staging area for police and other emergency personnel. I booked the hotel via Kayak in June. I did not receive a notice of cancellation until the Wednesday before Labor Day. This created undue stress and scrambling. This hotel will never make my list of potential destinations. Stay at the Best Western instead!

Pros: a convenient, inexpensive stay in williams lake. the property is across the highway and some rooms have a view of the lake from the hillside. nice continental breakfast in the morning... bagels, waffles, hard boiled eggs, toast, yogurt, juices, jams and coffee. comfy beds.
Cons: our room was on the other side of the building and the window only looked out onto the side of the hill. it didn't really bother us as it was just an overnight stay. if i was there longer, i would definitely want a room at the front. perhaps those cost more though.

Cons: The rooms were old and badly need of repairs. The furniture was all chipped and marked the bathrooms were very old and the toilet was so low you were almost sitting on the floor.

Pros: view was great room were really clean Staff was so helpful polite . Even though with sign saying no plates tot he room but because of the kids they let us do it. Most of all I forgot My tea container and chargers and we went back on the way back they had it stored In the back and knew who we were. Very family oriented and nice place to stay with kids I will take my grand kids there again they loved it

Cons: We ordered food from denny's for dinner in room and I wish I had just gone and picked it up myself because we paid a service charge plus I tipped and my French toast was not fully cooked and I had to take it back and get it re made and waited for it to be made and just ate it there as everyone else in my room was already done dinner, and there was no compensation in anyway so instead of enjoying a nice meal in my room with my family it felt like running around when I just wanted to relax

Cons: The chair in the room was very uncomfortable. Our AC did not work properly which made for a long night. Staff discounted the rate to make up for the discomfort.

Cons: Blankets were stained, coffee pot/mugs were not washed, questionable marks on chair throw pillow, toilet was not cleaned, hairs found around the bathroom, dirt marks on the walls and table, TV didn't work, side entrance did not work properly.

Pros: It was nice having a 2 bedroom suite and the location was good.
Cons: It was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom on the roof and the walls. Sheets were stained, curtains had a huge hole in it. Air conditioner did not work well, the beds were uncomfortable. There were a lot of cobwebs and spiders throughout the room as well I would not stay here again.

Cons: well for starters we didn't get the room i booked on line was supposed to get a 2bdrm SUITE which means It has a kitchenette. instead I got a two bdrm with 2beds with a small fridge nd a hot plate that i had to go get from the owners nd i payed good for the place on line which had pictures of the room but I didn't get the room i booked I took pictures of my room i got instead of what was advertising, meaning false advertising.
