Pros (+) Generally quiet location within walking distance to a grocery store that had a Starbucks inside. Super easy to get in and out of the parking lot.
Cons (-) They brew the weakest cup of coffee on that side of the street. Bathtub and sink were dirty and drained slow. Bathroom needed to be cleaned better - lots of hair behind the door. Only one microwave oven for the entire motel to share.

Pros (+) The hotel was clean, well maintained and the staff was incredibly helpful.
Cons (-) The walls were a bit thin, but we bring a fan to help cover the noise while we sleep.

Cons (-) Shower felt like we were going to fall through floor. No fridge. No microwave. Ice and snacks were on first floor. No elevator.

Pros (+) It's close to downtown and had spacious rooms.
Cons (-) Wifi was terrible. The place reeked of cigaret smoke. Smokers were everywhere outside the main doors.
