Used condom on bathroom towel rack, hole in the wall place with literally holes in the hallway ceiling walls, burn holes in the floor, bed want made, and they refused to refund.

Pros (+) Pet friendly. Free and convenient parking. Excellent staff, very friendly. Value for price. Quiet property. Location provides access to downtown and east-west highway so any part of town is minutes away. Quik Trip across the street. I will choose this property again when I stay in Wichita!
Cons (-) COVID meant no food on site. Why is pool access limited to certain hours? Air conditioner in room was loud when it ran.

Pros (+) Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom sink would not drain, no temperature on the Furnace/AC walll unit so temp control was not good , hi or low, heat or cool. Too cold or too warm. Areas are shut down and dark ( bar and breakfast room). Hotel felt abandoned except for the person at the front desk.
Cons (-) Breakfast was a joke.. its food, on styrofoam plates with plastic forks..

Cons (-) The shower wouldn't drain so the bathtub would fill up more every time we showered. It took them awhile to come and look at the problem. They worked on it for a while and couldn't get it fixed so they let us shower in a different room before we checked out. Hopefully they got it fixed for the next guests.

Pros (+) I loved that they were pet friendly and the hotel was a great price. It was cheaper paying the $25 to add a dog then to get a hotel that doesn't charge for a dog.
Cons (-) The hotel was in a sketchy part of town, not much grass for my dog, and the room was small. The mattress were very hard.
