The noise on the streets from cars and motorcycles with loud exhausts and homeless people yelling made it feel like the windows were open. But they don’t open. We stayed on the 12th floor too. The bed leaned slightly on the right side which made it awkward for sleeping. I didn’t mention of this to the staff though.

Pros (+) What's not to like? Clean, quiet, perfect location downtown, spacious room, great restaurant downstairs, airport shuttle (from hotel lobby through TSA Pre to gate was 25 minutes total at 8AM Monday).
Cons (-) It took a few minutes running the water for it to get hot.
