Pros (+) one of the front counter people was energetic. the roof didn't leak the window on the third floor opened they let my dog stay
Cons (-) other counter people seems annoyed didn't feel clean was bitten by something in the bed when we got there, no one was at the front counter for over 10 minutes. another guest was bringing his in-room coffee pot down because it had mold toilet ran all night, tub faucet dripped, sink leaked
