Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location and excellent breakfast offerings. Many also appreciate the spacious and clean rooms. However, several reviews mention that the hotel and its facilities are outdated and in need of refurbishment, with issues such as construction, noise, and maintenance problems in rooms and bathrooms. While the spa and pool are noted as positives, some guests were disappointed by out-of-order amenities like the jacuzzi. Food quality in the bar and restaurant receives mixed feedback, and WiFi connectivity is poor in some areas. Overall, the positives center on service, breakfast, and location, but improvements are needed in facilities and room updates.
