Pros:I liked that the person at the desk was willing to come clean my room when I mentioned it needed to be cleaned. It was nice they had breakfast. Because of covid there were breakfast sandwiches, muffins and bananas. It might be better to just go down the road to Dunkin’ or some where else. But they had the option. The beds were comfy.
Cons:I would’ve liked liked my room to have been cleaned before I arrived. My bathroom had toothpaste spit all over the faucet and sink. The bathtub had hair in it. The room looked like it hadn’t been dusted in a week or 2. When I went down to complain about it was told the housekeeper was new. The person at the desk came and cleaned the bathroom. I had already used a towel to dust things down a bit. Later on I found a bag of restaurant chips and salsa in the microwave. The sink in the bathroom didn’t drain well. The mini fridge would turn on an off. So be careful you don’t give yourself food poisoning. Oh and for some reason my TV was unplugged so I had to figure that out too which wasn’t an issue just not something I should have to worry about.

Pros:Location
Cons:The property was advertised as a Holiday Inn Express on Kayak but upon arrival we realized it was a Quality Inn. The bed was by FAR the worst bed I've ever tried to sleep on, we were visiting Kings Island the morning after our stay at the Holiday Inn/Quality Inn but the trip was effectively ruined from the lack of rest due to the EXTREMELY POOR ACCOMMODATIONS. The property has two floors and our room was on the second, when we went to get a cart to bring luggage in, we were informed that there was no elevator. Normally this wouldn't be an issue but my wife had a foot injury and it made the stay even worse than it already was. I would NEVER visit this property again, I wouldn't stay at this Quality Inn if I were paid $1,000 a night to stay there. The property ruined our trip and I might as well have flushed $800 (the money spent on the trip) down the toilet, at least this way I wouldn't have put the miles on my vehicle. One last though, I have never given a negative review for any property prior to this and I travel regularly for work. If I could give negative star ratings this property would be negative 5 stars.
