I adjusted the days on the website but it didn’t show in the system at hertz. I needed the car and extra 2 days and they quoted me $977 for an additional two days. I had to return the car and go to another company during my trip. Worst experience.Budget

I was not thrilled with the vehicle but that was NOT Alamo's fault. It was the make and model of the pickup. (I would not buy this truck). I think the exit of lot could be marked better but it was not horrible.2,0 Poor

Long line because the checkout process hasn't changed in 30 years. Slow computers and too many unnecessary steps. Person offered me a pickup truck to get out faster. Got to the truck and someone else was in it. Then they gave me another car which was smoked in. Had to return to another Avis. They had no cars to swap but gave me a minivan that didn't have smoke, but wasn't clean. Worst rental experience ever. Will never use Avis ever again. It will go bankrupt.2,0 Poor

Drop off was very easy once we found a location that was willing to help us. The Washington ave. Location in St. Louis was absolutely horrible and not willing to help us at all. We had reserved a van and they did not have any left once we arrived to pick it up.Cons:
We arrived at the Washington ave location in St. Louis and were told they didn’t have our van and it was our responsibility to find another location that had a van. Two minutes later the staff was helping another customer transfer their pickup to another location but couldn’t do the same for us?8,0 Very Good

I loved the Suburban that we rented. It was not completely clean, but the vehicle worked beyond expectations. It was very comfortable.Cons:
I was surprised when I returned the vehicle and asked for a quote for my next trip, the price was higher than the final bill I had just received. Even though the next trip was shorter and not as many days.9,6 Wonderful
