Pros (+) This is a nice hotel in a good location. the staff are friendly but somewhat ineffectual in relation to our issues. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. the bathroom was generous and well appointed. There is a reasonable gym and a small lap pool
Cons (-) We had a bad room: the air-conditioning did not work for all of the three nights we stayed there. So the nights were stuffy and had to leave a door open until the noise was too much. This room is right under the restaurant kitchen so we got a lot of floor noise especially at cleaning up time from 10 pm till after midnight and then again for breakfast in the morning. Pros (+) Staff were super friendly and accommodating. There is a modern and boutique style room, the staff happily changed my room and made my stay enjoyable. Rooms were large with a very comfortable bed. Also had an espresso coffee machine in the room!
