Lodge in the City - Hostel

The bed was good and the check in was smooth. The front office girl was very helpful.

Room was tiny and very noisy till about 11.00 pm. Little way off from restaurants and market.

The kitchen was clean, the bedsheets was perfect

Only Male toilet on the floor

We've stayed here 2 times now and both times got exactly what we paid for. It's a great budget hostel! We had a twin bunk room both times, the mattress was soooo comfy. The room was clean. The building is old but it's a budget stay so what do you expect. Wifi is great. We dont use the kitchen as we eat out but the bathrooms are fine. The showers are hot, maybe a little small but no problem. It's a mixed bathroom but you know this when you book the room so I dont know why people complain. I will 100% stay here again and in a twin bunk room again.

The type of roudy backpacker that stays here like every cheap hostel. The hostel closes the backyard at 10pm so now desperate backpackers take their drinking to the front of the building on the street to party rather than go to a bar. And in the lounge they make it so uncomfortable blaring rubbish music, drinking and being wasters. If these people werent there keeping everyone awake lodge in the city would be great. I definitely wouldn't stay in a dorm room as you'll get no sleep.
