Pros (+) Inside of room was nice and updated with good beds, carpet and nice TV. It was convenient to Waynesville, NC mountains and Asheville. Price was very low!
Cons (-) Inside and outside of motel are being extensively renovated and definitely need it esp on outside. Work was being done while I was there so was big dumpster right under my little balcony and people working upstairs until into the night. Had to call desk and ask they stop, which the finally did.
