Cons (-) I was in room 103 which is adjacent to the road. The walls are paper thin, so every time a car passes its like you're front row for a destruction derby. On the other hand, the room above me (I'm assuming 203) erupted into a screaming match at 2 AM as some dude was beating his girlfriend half to death. I could literally hear the sound of his fist hitting her face and her screaming to get off of him...
