Pros (+) the rooms were clean. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Central location
Cons (-) Very small rooms. Housekeeping tries to go into occupied rooms without properly knocking, room service food and deliveryis poor, phone attendants seem angry.

Cons (-) Valet service was lacking due to extended wait times. The hotel is renovating the front lobby, so the entrance was moved to Pennsylvania Ave.

Pros (+) The rooms were incredibly well appointed, decorated. Modern, sleek, and comfortable, including the halls that lead to the room. I stayed 9th floor.
Cons (-) The construction impacted the ease of navigating the main lobby floor. Also, i was not instructed on how to use the elevator system when i checked in, which confused me and delayed my movement toward my room.

Pros (+) We likes the decor and the cleanliness of the hotel. The hotel was in a good location for sightseeing.
Cons (-) Housekeeping forgot to clean our room in the morning so we had to call and ask that they come at night when we were out to dinner. The pillows were also really too soft without much support. And we didn't realize until we got there that the overnight parking fee was $59 per night....kind of a lot when you gross everything up we might have been better off at another hotel location with less expensi...

Pros (+) The staff at the hotel went out of their way to please us. In particular: Mr. Herb Wright greeted us daily with his million dollar smile and was always ready to be of assistance. Mekdes Pierce, Nathan and Limlin worked so hard each day in the lounge for breakfast and appetizers/dinner. They were so kind no matter how busy they were.
Cons (-) Absolutely not one thing. It was an outstanding hotel.
