Pros (+) The front desk lady was nice
Cons (-) Hotel is out dated. I booked a room with a tub and didn’t get one when I checked it. Elevators took forever to come. Seemed like a 1 star hotel

Pros (+) The staff was top notch. Breakfast was great every morning. Bar food was also good.
Cons (-) Bed was a little uncomfortable. Room was too warm AC was turned off because it was December I assumed. But our room stayed at 78 degrees. Much to hot for good sleeping.

Pros (+) The staff when I spoke with them was helpful and professional. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The hotel is relatively new, but kind of on the edge of a good area. Breakfast was good each morning that I was there.
Cons (-) Called the hotel several times during my travel to the location due to airline issues. Phone rang as many as 50 times with no one picking up. Same thing happened when I called the front desk from my room. Not sure what the issue was since the staff was always courteous and helpful when I interacted with them in person. Cons (-) Breakfast was delicious, but the serving setup could be improved. One morning there was over 20 people in line the entire time I was in the area.
