The view, the room... except for the sticky floor, the surrounding atmospere
When I first arrived Ms. Tomlinson from the front desk was no wear in the building. Then a man who worked for Hampton was sitting on the couch, not behind the desk; said the reception went to get food and shed be back in 5min. I asked where was the manager to check ppl in since there was a line of 4ppl forming behind me. Then the man; Mr. Fox said he was the manager until I asked him why he couldnt check us in after he told the couple behind me that the receptionist would b gone another 10min. Then he was no longer the manager he became the building engineer. I said u told me 5min, 5min ago? Then he got sarcastic with me infront of everyone and said she'll be back. Once the young woman returned she didnt apologize for the wait or at the fact that she had everyone double parked TRYING to check in. The internet advertisement says parking is an amenity provided, that was false advertisement because they do not provide parking, you must pay for it. The young lady said I could park in the lot across the street. I did and when I returned she said my car might be stuck in the lot cause she meant "across the street to the right not, straight across. So after expressing my dismay at her lack of informative instruction, I once again asked for the manager, Mr. Fox interrupted our conversation to say and said I'm the manager yet again, I said sir after our last conversation dont speak to me, I'm having a conversation with the lady, I asked for their names and am planning on filing an official complaint. As far as cleanliness, the Rm514, the floor was sticky, and Ms. Tomlinson was condescending on the phone when I asked for help operating the bathroom lights because she failed to mention the operating procedure at the check in desk
Didnt like the size of the room.
