Kings' Land by Hilton Grand Vacations Hawaiian resort is a stunning resort on the Big Island of Hawaii in Waikoloa. Reminiscent of a lush Hawaiian plantation and perched among oceanfront championship golf courses complete with sand traps, water features, and a self-guided tour of Hawaii's indigenous plants, along the beauty and serenity of the Kohala Coast. Stay and relax in Junior, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom suites with resort or golf course views, generous living room space, a fully-equipped kitchen, and in-suite washer/dryer. Some units do not include an oven. The pool and recreation area is set amongst lava rocks and picturesque waterfalls. Guests can enjoy plunge pools, whirlpool spas, lounge chairs situated among shallow areas of the pool, four water slides winding through and along rock formations, a sand bottom kid's pool with interactive water features, a sports pool with volleyball and basketball, and a sand volleyball court. Hit a workout in our complimentary fitness center featuring Precor equipment or enjoy a round of games in the activity center. The Kings' Bistro is our open-air Hawaiian cuisine dining facility and there's also a deli caf and convenience store located just off the Kings' Bistro area featuring a hand-carved bar created by a local craftsman and banks of TVs. The Kings' Land Pool Bar is ideal for casual open-air snacks and drinks. Guests have access to a free shuttle to the Hilton Waikoloa Village, where they can enjoy a saltwater lagoon and full-service spa. Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest internet access; access to Hilton Waikoloa Village amenities; access to stream media to TV from own device; resort shuttle; Hawaiian cultural activities; daily fitness classes.

The location is great with access to the Hilton resort pools and lagoon. Our young kids loved the keiki activities and the pool right at this clubhouse, even more than down at the Hilton Resort. Staff were all friendly and responsive. Halloween activities were a plus for our kids. Thank you!

Pros (+) Room was very comfortable and well-equipped. Nice appliances, good water pressure in the shower.
Cons (-) Wished the lanai was bigger, the hope was the lanai would stretch the entire width of the unit instead of just the living room section.

Pros (+) The Kohala Coast is one of the best locations in Hawaii for a luxury family vacation. Lots of recreational choices for everyone.
Cons (-) For couples and a better beach and hotel, the Mauna Lani Resort is better.

Pros (+) The best thing about the Kingsland resort is the opportunity to have a 3 bedroom apartment -- with 4 adults (1 couple and 2 singles) this was ideal. Fully outfitted kitchen, with ample bathrooms, and nice lanai balcony for relaxing.
Cons (-) Building 9 in the Phase 1 buildings needs update, particularly to bathrooms where showers did not work very well. We found the largeness of the resort difficult because there was not good signage or user-friendly maps. Breakfast buffets in resorts are always expensive, but this one was not very good, not even equal to less expensive Hilton hotels. the Waikiloa resort amenities are usable to Kingsl...

Pros (+) A very friendly and comfortable place. Staff is excellent and the Bistro was better than expected, making good food and drinks.
Cons (-) Bistro and Bar close early: 6:00 PM before Memorial Day, 7:00 PM after MD. The "Serenity Pool" really wasn't... Mostly kids with pool toys and water guns running around and screaming, having fun! So as long as you are not expecting the "Serenity Pool" to be completely Serene, its OK. Turns out the Adult area on the main pool is more Serene and closer to the bar, which is a plus...
