Pros: Staff, location & the SPA you can book it privately for you for one hour every day specially my wife is wearing Hijab
Cons: They don’t clean the dust on the wardrobe , and no USB plugs for charge & the lightening in the room wasn’t bright-enough
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We absolutely loved our time at Hotel Saint Marc! The staff was wonderful and friendly and our room was the perfect size for three people. There was some confusion with our bill but when we arrived home I emailed the hotel and they fixed the problem right away. We would definitely stay there again!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Extremely friendly staff, nice interior design, large room and bathroom, nice toiletries, free afternoon tea
Cons: Bed wasn’t so comfortable, no down-filled cushions
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Room was perfect for our needs. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our time in the spa. Convenient location to all the activities we had on our list. Lots of restaurants in the area.
Cons: Obviously not the Hotel's fault but would have liked to have been aware of the office building being directly constructed across the street. We are on the second floor so we didn't need an alarm clock! I've stayed at a hotel with this situation before and were offered compensation up front for the inconvenience (complimentary breakfast, small discount on room) but not this time.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and customer service
Cons: A bit expensive
10,0 Excellent
Pros: We loved the place on all levels ! Very cool artistic rooms, location 5 to 10 min walking distance to allot of attractions. Staff very helpful, the whole hotel has a great cosy friendly artistic vibe to it. Rooms are fairly big in compared to typical paris size.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel building and rooms. The courtyard is gorgeous. The staff are the best I’ve ever experienced - truly!
Cons: The only downside is that it would have been nice for the spa pool to be warm. It otherwise it was just lovely

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Had an amazingly comfortable stay at Hotel de Nell - the space and bathroom was spacious, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were kind enough to prepare a cake to celebrate our anniversary, which tasted great and was really appreciated.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful room, spotlessly clean, with real attention to detail. The dining room was excellent as was the food. Breakfast for €30 was sensational - especially the omelettes. The staff were superb throughout our stay and all the extra attention to detail like carrying bags to the room, booking taxis etc. It is a small, quiet haven of tranquility. A real escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Cons: All was excellent! Can’t wait to return.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Clean. Comfortable. A mile from gard du nord so very handy for Eurostar
Cons: Not sure it was worth £250 a night
Hotel Bel Ami - Paris - Bedroom
3
9,1 Excellent (966 reviews)
R5 420+
Overview Reviews
The heart of the hotel Bel Ami beats at the rhythm of the legendary artistic and literary district of Saint-Germain des Prs with its many famous cafs and boutiques. Its rooms and suites are chic and relaxed, just as the bar and restaurant which are contemporary yet cosy. After visiting Muse d'Orsay which is a mere 15 minutes walking distance or the Louvre at only 10 minutes walking, you can treat yourself to a relaxing treatment in the hotels exclusive Spa.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I felt like a welcome guest in a close friend's home. The staff are impeccably trained; they couldn't be more efficient, friendly, and accommodating. It's not often you feel that a hotel sincerely appreciates your stay, but that was definitely my impression. Speaking as a guest of several hotels in the 6th and 7th over the years, I can say without hesitation that the Bel Ami tops them all.
Cons: Nuthin' - my entire stay was perfection.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Great location! The concierge staff were all super helpful and recommended great restaurants and places to see!
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Almost all was perfect, the front desk and the concierge staff was very kind and helpfull with all our endless questions and taxi/transfer requests during this strike week.
Cons: Not that I didn’t like, but would have prefered a bigger bed for this kind of Superior room.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: location and concierge were amazing. Restaurant recommendations were fabulous.
Cons: Couldn't figure out how to easily run a bath. Handles very confusing.
4,6 Okay
Pros: the best part of the hotel is the location and its good breakfast
Cons: When i arrived at night on a prepaid reservation the reception staff tried to send me to another hotel nearby claiming the room had suffered damage and was unavailable. After a full day of travelling and not having received an advance notice of the "event" I suspected this was a trick used by an overçbooked hotel. I demanded to see the damages and this the supposed manager was unable to show me, so after a little voice raisingf on my part all of the sudden the room became available. I left that the hotel reception made to lie to me their paying customer . Two more managers emerged and during my short saty the hotel personel made me feel as if they had made me and my wife a favor by letting us stay in the hotel for which I had PREPAID my stay. I can only imagine if my reservation was not prepaid I would have been in the street looking for a hotel room
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service. Good breakfast comfortable rooms.
Cons: Nothing really. A typical left bank experience in Paris
8,0 Excellent
Cons: lobby structure great, bedroom deco slightly too austere to make you feel comfortable.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were fantastic, very welcoming and hospitable. The room was a good size and very clean. And the location literally couldn’t have been better for access to the St Germain shops, bars and restaurants.
Cons: It was a little dated and could do with a renovation to upgrade the standard to meet the prices charged. The hotel accommodation wasn’t bad value for money but the drinks/food were very expensive.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to main sights. Staff so lovely. Breakfast was great and set us up for a day of exploring. So quiet despite being so close to everything. Good value in comparison to other hotels prices at the time of stay.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast and very attentive staff. Good size room with modern bathroom. Metro station is steps away allowing easy access to all the major points of interest in monuments.
Cons: No terrace or gym.
9,7 Excellent
Pros: This is a lovely small hotel in an excellent location with an outstanding staff. As another reviewer noted, Giorgio at the front desk is polite and cheerful, in a quiet sort of way, and very helpful and attentive. This hotel Our only complaint is that is a top choice for someone wanting to spend several days exploring - - either on foot, by Metro, or by car - - the sights of Paris.
Cons: Our only complaint is that the housekeeping staff had to be asked to replenish bath soap and shower gel.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Bathroom was excellent

Pros: Great boutique hotel, well located in safe area
Cons: Nothing

Pros: the location hotel well appointed in decor staff very helpful
Cons: while hotel very new and modern there was not enough storage for clothes bathroom new and lovely but not practical as no room to put toiletries
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Nice room with a tiny washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, stove top, microwave, balcony, etc. Nicely appointed and with a good bed in a great location.
Cons: -No breakfast included. -Was charged a $40 city tax on check-out. On an all-inclusive booking, that is disappointing. -No handicapped entrance (have to climb a couple of steps and it is a very high bathtub. For disabled, not great.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing location. Beautiful rooms. Not over the top luxury. Great staff.
8,2 Excellent
Pros: Great location (at the door of the Louvre, comfortable apartment studio with plenty of space to stretch out, well appointed rooms (fixtures, freshness).
Cons: gym needed more space and more free weights - really just cardio material. Also, our neighbors above got quite loud (not sure if floors were as sound proofed as could be).
9,6 Excellent
Cons: No options in the breakfast
9,0 Excellent
Pros: We chose this hotel as a base for a weekend celebrating some significant birthdays. The hotel was in a great location allowing us to easily walk to many attractions including Domain National du Palais-Royal, Louvre, L'Opera and the river with access to river cruises. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and the room was very clean and comfortable with a lovely selection of toiletries. The kitchen was very well equipped with coffee maker and kettle. The junior suite room was big enough for the 3 of us to spread out. Our daughter was delighted with the birthday surprise from the staff (and so were we!)...thank you! We didn't eat in the hotel as there were plenty of brasseries/cafes within walking distance.
Cons: There wasn't anything we didn't like about our stay at La Clef.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable surroundings in this small but very well appointed boutique hotel. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff and level of fit out of rooms and common areas
Cons: Nothing
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff made travelling with an infant pleasant and easy.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location modern cosy
Cons: Fittings too small in bathroom for 2 and generally in the room Showers meehhh Large kitchen which has limited usefulness Service and systems all a bit raw and buggy
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Awesome building, newly refurbished and high end. The location is exceptional, right next to the Louvre. The Junior Suite was perfect for a couple of days as a family with two young kids (5 and 6) using the convertible sofa bed in the living room.
Cons: This is an appart’hotel so the dining room is small and crowded. It’s fair to say you’re better off walking around the neighbourhood to find all the great breakfast and dining options available. That said, we used room service on the first night, catered from a nearby restaurant. It arrived promptly and it was very good.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The room was beautifully decorated, spacious and elegant. A very comfortable bed. Great location.
Hotel Britannique - Paris - Building

8,8 Excellent (1 075 reviews)
R3 546+
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Britannique in Paris (Paris City Centre), you'll be steps from Les Halles and Rue de Rivoli. Featured amenities include a computer station, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel in the centre of Paris. Very comfortable room and bed. Quite small and more than I would normally pay but it was worth it. Very cosy lounge.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: I've been staying at the Britannique off and on since the mid -1970s. The location is excellent in the Place du Chatelet, steps from the Metro, Notre Dame, The Sainte Chapelle and more. The hotel is small, intimate but beautifully appointed in it's latest rennovation. The price is excellent for the location and the staff are pleasant and most accommodating.
Cons: It is probably best for a short stay of several days as the rooms are small. With a big window, a lift and classic French back staircase if you want to walk up or down, it is not claustrophobic. I can't say that I didn't "like it" as it is always my first choice when I go for a visit. The location could not be more perfect. If you get there before your room is ready, leave your luggage, cross the bridge and take the short walk to visit the Sainte Chapelle. The wait is usually shorter in the AM and it is staggeringly beautiful - a perfect way to begin a visit to Paris.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Very helpful and polite staff. Bed was soooo comfortable! Excellent breakfast robes and slippers in the room. The location could not have been any more central with several major landmarks within easy walking distance. Just excellent.
7,0 Good
Pros: the location is good. Room is reasonably ok, though a little bit small.
Cons: sound-proof is very bad, too much noisy. People outside can also hear the sound inside very clearly, so be careful. Breakfast is too simple, not that good.

Pros: Location and support team are super good. Breakfast is also good .
Cons: Restaurant was really bad: bad service (one person only doing it all) , cold food and variety isn´t good . As per the ambient, despite having a nice room outside , the place was closed and we had to eat at the location of breakfast. Room is very small to fit 4 people as we paid for.

Pros: Fantastic experience. Staff could not have been more friendly or attentive. Location right near the Metro and Marais district. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Selection at breakfast fantastic.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Location' cleanliness
Cons: Size of the room, bathroom
5,0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: The room was too small , no bedside table, no shower cap ! Some of the staff would nor T crack a smile !
7,0 Good
Pros: The hotel was nice and the staff were lovely, great bar to relax in after a long journey for us. Brilliant location, right next the Gard de Lyon and many good restaurants nearby. The hotel was nice and quiet and our room had a super view and a great shower (albeit a little tight getting in and out of the shower room with the door hitting the toilet).
Cons: The pillows in the room, however, were very uncomfortable - myself and my work colleague had the same problem and it meant we had several poor nights sleep. We had an issue with housekeeping too when it wasn't done properly, room wasn't tidied and none of our toiletries were replaced - the manager apologised for us, however, and we were given small compensation.
7,0 Good
Pros: Location in proximity to bus/train/metro.
Cons: No wifi in the rooms the night we were there.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Very close to the station. The rooms were very clean and the staff was really helpful.
7,9 Good
Pros: Hotel itself was fine, the bed was comfortable and check in efficient. It’s close to gate de Lyon which is convenient for TGV. Room service was terrible so. I had a €16 TV dinner. A microwaves ready meal! The ice cream/sorbet mix was 50% ice cubes! I was surprised at the exceedingly poor quality food given the rest of the hotel was ok and it’s France where food is routinely good.
Cons: Comfortable bed
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, beautiful urban hotel in the heart of Paris!
Cons: No.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is centrally located, walking distance to the Lyon train station is a big plus, the hotel in general is very clean and the decoration is charming. The front desk staff is very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The bed is very comfortable and the room size for 3 persons is good. The amenities in the room are great: Nespresso coffee maker, water, small fridge, and the toiletries are of good quality.
Cons: The only thing we did not like at all is that the restroom door is made out of glass and is pretty see through!! There is no privacy!! We had to place a towel on the door railing for privacy and my son even turned off the light when he was taking a shower!! I recommend that a curtain is put in place to cover the glass door!! Specially when the door is in a diagonal position facing the bed. I was laying down in bed and could see my son's silhouette in the restroom!! This alone would keep me from staying at this hotel again.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good room with modern bathroom and usb power slots. Great breakfasts.
Cons: Neighborhood a little seedy. Farther from central Paris sites than I thought.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Ubication
Cons: Space

Pros: It was great stay I will sure come back near by everything specially public Transportation, just beside the main Gare. Only one comment the type of the Superior Room is bit tight for 2 persons with their luggage, but overall great Hotel to recommend.
Cons: Nothing except that there is no single rooms, you choose the Superior one but it will be expensive for 1 person to stay in. Perfect Hotel ever in this area.
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were good size. Location was great - next to metro station with multiple lines. Beds comfortable, good amenities.
Cons: No informed concierge. No one on the staff could even tell us where Sainte-Chapelle was or whether we could visit the Catacombs without prepurchased tickets. Both basic tourist questions.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The rooms were spacious and luxurious, the staff was incredible. The only downside was there isn’t a restaurant on site and the room service was mediocre. The staff made up for it. I left my passport and they couriered it to the airport. Amazing.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was helpful, comfortable bed, close to a metra station and EuroStar, I would definitely stay here again.
Cons: I didn't like the wooded sculpture in the entrance of the bedroom door, it was lighted which was good but can be a hazard especially at night if you have to go to the lavatory.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place, in the heart of Paris. All the staff was so friendly. I've already told all my friends about it and it's definitely gonna be our hotel in Paris. I give them an 5/5

Pros: We loved the hotel, location was amazing and the staff were so friendly in helping and proving anything we needed. Due to the strike in Paris it was difficult to find Taxis, but the hotel made sure we got taxis every time. The breakfast was lovely, the best were the eggs and waffles, they have an amazing patio were you can enjoy a nice glass of wine with friends. We will surely be staying here again next time.

Pros: Location and breakfast very well Clean room and bathroom, quiet but pretty central hotel
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The Property is very near Arc De Triomph, Well Connected to Airport Shuttle Bus, Metro Train. Most the thing I liked was the Front Office ( Ms.Sissie & Mr.Taco) service in Assisting my Local travels guidance was Really appreciable.
Cons: No Restaurant. Only Breakfast Service was available and that was really good .
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent staff!!! I only stay here when i come to Paris!
3,0 Mediocre
Pros: Only location
Cons: Despite the fact that I requested a calm room before my arrival and they confirmed it but The room was so small and uncomfortable, You can hear the voice from next rooms, Janitors make a lot e noises early in morning
9,0 Excellent
Pros: The best thing about this hotel was its location- within walking distance of the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees, but also 3 minutes away from the direct bus that takes you to either Orly or CDG. It was also conveniently located steps away from the line 1 metro. This was very convenient during my time there because there were public transport strikes and traffic was horrendous (cabs and ubers were very expensive!); line 1 was one of the two lines functioning, because they don't have drivers; and it goes straight across Paris from East to West every 2-3 mins! Other than that the hotel itself was great; the room was of decent size for Paris (which still means small, but comfortable!). The room was spotless and of modern style. There is an elevator, convenient for the heavy packers and mobility impaired. Staff was very helpful and polite. We were allowed early check-in with no problems. We had a small problem in our bathroom which was tended to right away. Excellent value for money, I would definitely come back here!
Cons: It was overall an excellent stay, the only thing I could perhaps think of is that we could hear what was going on in the hallway fairly well, so as we were trying to nap to get over the jetlag, it was made a little harder with the cleaning crew in the hallway at the time. Honestly though, a non-issue!

Pros: I always choose the hotel when I go to Paris. Location is perfect for walking , shopping and dinner. Staff, size of room and bathroom, food and drinks , the outside seating.. all I would rate as 10
Cons: It is not I didn’t like the gym, yet I prefer if it was a bit bigger with more equipments. In addition , the massage room should not be in the gym area.

Pros: Service was great. Rooms were spacious. Great amenities.
Cons: Rooms were dark. Impossible to do makeup or get ready in the bathroom. It was so dim!
8,0 Excellent
Pros: Great Concierge and fun bar
Cons: Room was a little dark even with all the lights on at night
6,0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, room was always cleaned. Perfect location! Food at the hot Al restaurant was exceptional. Breakfast was basic.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful in finding a quiet room, helping with topper on top of mattress because it was rather hard. When there were strikes during our departure the front desk went out of their way to find us transportation (and succeeded!).
Cons: Breakfast is highly overpriced. It is a fairly simple buffet. For some breakfast items even a supplement is demanded on top of the already high price.... also annoying is the fact that 10 minutes before the formal end the staff is already encouraging guests to take their last items, exactly 10.30 the buffet is closed off by curtains, not very service oriented for this kind of hotel.
7,9 Good
Pros: Beautiful decor.
Cons: Things need to be fixed: bathroom doors; broken bathroom floor tiles!

Pros: Quality 4-star hotel, staff great, beautiful very nice rooms with comfortable beds. Loved the neighborhood with Bercy Village right next to hotel. I had some amazing food there some of my favorite in Paris.
Cons: There is nothing I didn't like. I would definitely stay there again but it is a little far out of being on the out-skirts although the metro can take you most everywhere.
4,0 Okay
Pros: Good location, near shops, near Metro

Cons: Online booking didn’t work well, and some wifi issues

Pros: Location suited us perfectly as we were going to a festival nearby but a bit Of journey into central Paris - easy enough on the metro through. Rare to get good size rooms in Paris. Even rarer to get not one but two amazing pools. Plenty of space, nice vibes and great staff.
Cons: The food we ordered whether on the roof or in the cafe took FOREVER to arrive!! This put us off eating at the hotel. The breakfast however was fantastic - superb choice and quality.

Pros: Great location, clean!
Cons: Having a shower rug would be better, maybe bigger towels, not enough cutlery and glasses in the shared kitchen
9,3 Excellent
Pros: Really nice helpful staff. The bathroom was clean and the water was hot most of the time. Overall I was impressed with this place. I even booked 3 additional nights.
Cons: Location around it is a little sketch but wasn't given any real reason to feel unsafe.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great terrace with view of Sacre Coeur. Friendly reception. Lovely place.
8,5 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly staff. I'd stay there again.
Cons: The room was a bit cramped for the three of us but overall no complaints.
7,9 Good
Cons: it’s too cold due to the location of bed by window
6,0 Good
Pros: The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They happily went to find a replacement for a broken kettle in our room. The place was really clean and evidently looked after. Bathroom and toilet clean, relatively new and in good working order. Bedding clean and good. Communal areas and kitchen were tidy, comfortable and cozy. Having 2 small supermarkets on the doorstep, open til late, is an awesome convenience.
Cons: I felt very uncomfortable with the area - being hassled by the homeless sleeping rough on the doorstep and small gangs approaching to engage as I walked to and from the hostel. Also, there is lots of noise from people walking the street and passing cars (the door of the ‘private’ room we stayed in opens directly onto the street), as well as plumbing in the building, squeaking doors, from guests in the next door room and other neighbours in the building (not that they were particularly noisy but you can hear them talking and walking around, there’s no privacy really. Bunk beds are short for someone just over 180cm tall and the metal structure super squeaky.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location!
Cons: Locker’s size!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing, always willing to help and making you feel at home during your stay. The location is cool, a few minutes walking from Sacré Coeur and well connected by public transport. The common terrace is really cool!
Cons: There was only one towel per person and heating was working only by air conditioning. No heating in the bathroom so it was a bit cold when showering.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Comfy beds, very clean room and friendly, helpful staff.

Pros: Amazing hotel, with a perfect location, very cute design and great value for what it offers. I had rooms with included breakfast and I received brunch also included, that is until 4 pm. Late checkout was also possible. Nice details, like a pillow menu for turndown. The staff all around the hotel is great, so welcoming and warm. Special thanks to the concierge that did her best for me and my family. Congratulations on such a wonderful team!

Cons: The air was really dry in the room, needed an humidifier
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is amazing. Room always clean. Great location
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice welcome at reception by Margareth and it was lovely to meet the resident cat, Elliott. The hotel was kind enough to upgrade our room as we were celebrating my boyfriend's birthday, and on top of that they gave us a voucher for glasses of champagne, which was a great surprise. The room and bathroom were very elegant and we did not notice any noise from the street despite overlooking rue Cambon. Nice shower with three settings and very comfortable bed. Lovely bar and restaurant area and pretty courtyard.
Cons: The coffee machine in the room was not working and some of the fixtures were coming loose (more specifically the blind in the bathroom and the lamp on the left side of the bed - room 451).
7,1 Good
Pros: The hotel is superb location, very close to the designer boutiques and museums like L’orangerie or D’orsay or Louvre. Just one problem was the construction next door that started before 8.00 am...during my visit 10 days ago...the staff was so kind, friendly and warm. The breakfast was good selection and good quality.
Cons: The beds were super uncomfortable and the heating system is so Old, if you put it on it is super noisy, if you turn it off, the room gets so cold. The gym provides very old equipment and there are not even mats to use which was weird..
9,6 Excellent
Pros: As great as always..not the first time I chose to stay at the Castille.. excellent location and the most friendly staff
9,0 Excellent
Pros: It has a gym, which is rare for a hotel in the 1st!

Pros: The hotel is located in the most central part of Paris, walking distance to all major touris attractions. The staff is very polite and welcoming very helpful as well. The room and common area design to perfection. The food in the Resturant is to die for. Very nice hotel worth every penny.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: the staff, the room, the ease of the staff and the location
7,4 Good
Pros: location decor friendly
Cons: It had plumbing issues. i.e.. oder . Cleaning staff was noisy in the mornings. Staff needs training. This is not a five star Hotel.
9,4 Excellent
Pros: Great location, personal service
Cons: Small room
5,0 Okay
Pros: Great bathroom
Cons: The poor quality of choices for breakfast- completely ruined the experience with rice crispies and corn flakes, servers that don’t even greet you or ask you if you want to have a coffee. The dutch guy at the fron was very unpleasant

Pros: Location, very cozy and high quality bedding and appointments, super helpful staff.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Near the Eiffel Tower. Very friendly and helpful staff!
Cons: Nothing.
1,0 Poor
Pros: Nothing. Avoid!
Cons: It is a piece of crap hotel. The rooms are very small and dirty. The staff is also rude. This place is definitely overrated. They also do not disclose what they will or will not charge for. Definitely avoid and go for a standard hotel. 1 star hotel.

Pros: I was traveling with another person which this property only gives one keys to open door and use the power. If one person wanted to leave and the other wanted to stay they keys hate to stay in the room So they would work. Cons: The key arrangements.

8,0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful building with an incredible restaurant and lounge. The food was exceptional and room service is also available. I recommend adding the breakfast to your room, top notch.
Cons: My queen suite was very small and just enough room for 1 person. The door did not have a soft close mechanism so door were constantly slamming which made it difficult to relax during the day. Doors were constantly slamming especially when cleaning crews were servicing rooms.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very convenient. Low key elegant style room, very nice!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: This is our second visit in so many months and once again we were delighted with our stay. The restaurant is exceptionally good.
Cons: Nothing.
7,9 Good
Pros: Fantastic location. The hotel is blessed with an amazing entrance foyer and is tastefully decorated/furnished to a very high standard. Excellent Thai inspired restaurant. The room was also reasonable with a few pluses and minuses. Generally everything was very good and what one would expect from a 5* Hotel. A few minor niggles but on the whole we had an enjoyable stay and we've already booked to come back.
Cons: Unfortunately some of the staff, whilst pleasant, were slightly amateurish and poorly trained. Cleaning could have been better during our stay although the room was well presented when we arrived. Drinks were incredibly expensive - 21 Euro for a gin! Most wines were 100 Euro plus.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, lovely room with white wood panels, super comfy bed, bar is nice and open late
Cons: no espresso machine in the room
9,7 Excellent
Pros: Very good staff, helpful yet professional. Great location for shopping, nightlife and historic landmarks within walking distance.
Cons: Small rooms. Among the smallest I have ever stayed in for a boutique luxury chain. Almost too small...and I am more relaxed about these things.
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Service level
Cons: Bed can be better, room size also can be bigger
3,6 Mediocre
Pros: Location was good.
Cons: The room was terrible, no operable window, flooded bathroom from roll in shower. AC ran non-stop, room was too small with nowhere to sit, set luggage and the rate was ridiculous considering. Nowhere near four star accommodations.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: A great hotel - beautiful architecture, lovely rooms, amazingly helpful staff.
