Rm. 505 had a king and pull out sofa. The room was clean & the bathroom had Bb products. I used Kayak to get an amazing rate. The grab 'n go breakfast was good, but they didn't have any water or drinking fountains to fill my thermos. When the front desk tried charging me for additional water bottles I bought my own & brought them back to the hotel. Overall, excellent stay!

Cons (-) Everything. Staff attitude is like it is a government hotel and breakfast is like it is a corporate greed example. No room cleaning until check-out. Noisy old old building. Sagging smelly carpet.

Pros (+) lots of additional facilities available for guests, room was clean and we were able to get additional blankets for the pull out bed. Air conditioning worked well, the room was suitable for four guests
Cons (-) The bathroom shower had very little water pressure; it was like someone didn't put a shower head on it, and instead designed a very tall bathroom sink. The water got hot though, so that was less to complain about.

Pros (+) Housekeeping staff is very courteous and did a good job cleaning my room. The in house service for food was really good as well.
Cons (-) There was hardly ever front desk staff so when I checked out there was no one present to give the room key to. A staff member happened to walk by and I asked and they just brushed me off and said I could leave the key on the desk. Also when I was checking in the front desk clerk was not too friendly.

There was not one moment of silence in that room it sounded like there was a large fan blowing in the room at all times!
