Pros (+) The location is nice. On the boardwalk. Ocean view with balcony. Within walking distance to everything, which was the reason for our stay at this location for the past several years.

Pros (+) the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. the location was convenient and centralized. i liked my upgraded room.
Cons (-) i didn't like having to park across the street because of very low clearance in the parking garage. i only drive a normal truck and it wouldn't fit because of height.

Cons (-) No blow dryer, no tea, the tv wasn't working and my boyfriend got it to work somehow after fooling with it, no big deal though, the overall stay was good
