Most guests appreciated the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city. The staff received frequent praise for their friendliness, helpfulness, and language skills. Many reviews highlighted the quality and variety of the breakfast, as well as the cleanliness of the rooms and public areas. Some guests noted neutral or mixed feelings about room size, with a few finding rooms small or beds uncomfortable. Negative feedback focused on issues like unreliable WiFi, lack of in-room amenities such as minibars or refrigerators, and parking difficulties.
