Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests appreciated the hotel's convenient location and found it to offer good value for the price. However, there were frequent complaints about cleanliness, with many mentioning unpleasant odors and lack of proper cleaning in rooms and bathrooms. Service was another major concern, as several guests described staff as unfriendly, unhelpful, or unprofessional. Some guests also found the beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and price were positives, cleanliness and service need significant improvement.
