Die Gäste zeigen sich insgesamt unzufrieden mit ihrem Aufenthalt. Negativ hervorgehoben werden unhöflicher Service, insbesondere an der Rezeption, sowie Mängel in der Sauberkeit der Zimmer und Badezimmer.
