We arrived 2 hours early as they had changed our flight. The clerk was a bit rude as we were early. Gave us an upgrade to an Audi as no other SUV’s available. The Audi was too small for 4 adults and 4 large suitcases. Got good gas mileage.

I did not take car because I did not have credit card with many name. When I booked car I did not have information about this.
Efficient service at the booth. Vehicle was not very clean and had several small damages that we photographed on pickup.

second time this location has incorrectly charged me for wrong fuel when I return. The car was 8/8 full but they claimed it was 7/8 when I had just filled up 5km away in town.Thank god I took photos of the fuel gauge and milage so I can charge back to my credit card. Such scammers this particular location. Won't us again

Loved the vehicle. Appreciated a decent price and everything was quick and easy. Thank you.
Double charged me , over $900 on my card for a different reservation when I prepaid for my reservation. Having to waste hours of my time trying to get this money back now. Picking up was a disaster and tons of people waiting hours past reservation time, most ended up cancelling and going with other company at airport.
