Pros (+) Staff were very friendly. Rooms were large and clean. I had booked a room with two double beds and a kitchen and when we arrived we were given a king bed with a kitchen. The staff were very accommodating and changed our room quickly to a room with two double beds but no kitchen which was alright as we didn't need the kitchen. The kitchen staff were also very friendly and very accommodating.
Cons (-) It would have been nice if the hotel would offer a continental breakfast instead of having to pay for it. I also feel that since we had booked and paid for a double bed suite with kitchen and ended up with a standard room they should have refunded the difference but since we had prepaid they said they couldn't.
