Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests frequently praised the comfort of the beds and the quality and variety of the breakfast. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with many mentioning dirty carpets, stained floors, and bathrooms in need of better cleaning. Service was often described as unfriendly or unhelpful, with several negative experiences at the front desk. Some guests liked the spacious rooms, but maintenance problems such as broken AC units, loose tiles, and plumbing issues were common. Overall, while the hotel had some positives, especially in bed comfort and breakfast, improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
