We liked the location, a 5 minute walk from the Ventura Music and Concert place. The room was clean, and check in was quick. The exterior could use some cosmic paint, and the pipes rattled a bit for a minute after flushing. This is an ‘old school” style 70’s motor lodge were you park in front of your room. I would stay here again.
