The location was perfect. The staff were very helpful and courteous. Our room was in the annex and quiet for being in an extremely busy neighborhood.
European use of space always takes a little getting used to compared to what we expect in US. Beyond the expectation though this was very comfortable for our needs.
The location is perfect. Room was nice a bit small but ok for a base to sleep in.
We could not find the roof top when asked it was not a roof top bar you could just sit up there.
Hotel location was excellent and staff was friendly
Excellent location. Good service. Great breakfast. Clean rooms. Great view.
Location once in Venice
Getting to the hotel is difficult
Hotel location was excellent, room was very nice, and value was great!
The hotel should invest in a photocopier so they don’t have to ask guests to leave their passports with the desk staff for manual information copying. Travelers shouldn’t be expected to leave their passports anywhere.
Location was great!

The Venice Santa Lucia Train Station, is a mile away and the San Zaccaria Vaporetto Stop is adjacent to the hotel. The Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than five miles away.
