We had a bottom level room near a public bathroom. Also above us was a very loud walking person. Kept us up most of the night. The staff were very helpful and you are right near the water taxi. Next time I would get a room upper level

Location was great, and the air conditioning was very nice! The room we had did not look like the ones in the pictures. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The room could have had some maintenance done to fix a few things and clean a few things but other than that it was a great visit to a beautiful city!

Right on the canal. Convenience was unbelievable. Views were stunning. And location was close to everything.
