Staff went above and beyond to help us get settled in and recommending a good restaurant for dinner that had a terrace on the canal that made for a very memorable evening. Excellent location being right across from the train station. Room in the Annex had all the modern amenities while still having the Venice charms. Room was very clean. I would definitely stay here again!
