Pros (+) Room was very clean, everything brand new. Parking on site and very easy to reach location. We had the room called "Casanova".
Cons (-) No windows with which to enjoy a view, only two windows high up at ceiling level. They could be opened and closed, as well as obscured by blinds, via remote control, which at least allowed for letting fresh air in.
