Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's prime location near the Ganges and ghats, with many enjoying the scenic views from balconies and windows. The service and hospitality from the owners and staff were frequently highlighted as friendly and attentive. Some guests appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms, though opinions on cleanliness were mixed. However, several reviews noted that rooms were smaller than expected and that the value for price was sometimes lacking, with some feeling the cost was high for the amenities provided. Access to the hotel was often described as challenging due to narrow lanes, but porters and staff assistance helped mitigate this issue.
