Hotel and rooms are cold. Not heating and external heating available which I consider as a disaster. I catchend a cold after my stay and for sure will not stay there again.

The location was awesome. The hotel was right in the center of the city. Breakfast was good although they took almost 25 minutes to bring the tea. One of the guests shouted at the waiter because of this(Even-though we didn't like the guest shouting at the poor waiter, the facility management is to be blamed for this nonsense)

We took the executive suite room 5101. The room was great, but the shower is a problem. They made the tub and shower for midgets. If you are above 6 feet, you have real trouble to take a proper bath. On top of it, the worst thing is that the for 10 seconds water temperature will be normal, another 10 seconds the water will be boiling like Dubai desert and the next 10 seconds water will be freaking cold like the water in Antarctic ocean. Being considered as a five start hotel, this is not tolerable at all. The front office staffs were arrogant and they took a good 15 minutes to check us out. I asked for plug convertor and extension code for my laptops and phone chargers as I am from the US and the plug points were different. I was amazed that they didn't even had one power-code extender with US standards. I don't know the situation of other rooms, but if the top room they offer is of this quality, I really doubt the quality of other rooms. So guys, take rooms at your own risk..

Veg food in tadka restaurant wasn't good. One can actually hear the bathrooms noise from adjacent rooms. Hotel is not worth the money we paid
