Equipment was out of order in the fitness facility. Pool was closed the whole time with no explanation why. The elevators were the tiniest I have ever seen in my life. Staff was accommodating with early check-in as well as holding our luggage after check-out.

Cons (-) The remodel it's annoying, reception staff no gentle or helpful. Service staff was really nice. It's a 3 stars hotel with a high price of luxury
