Pros: Location is great. Parking (car elevator but working fine). Attention of all personnel regardless of the time (we arrived very late and the attention of the reception desk was fantastic).
Cons: Breakfast and breakfast venue. Probably the least attractive part of the service. Very basic and the venue is not as modern as you would expect (dark and akward). Room furniture dated and needing some attention. Temperature of bath room (too hot).

Pros: We had a really really nice room, spacious, clean, quality fittings. The location is close to the places of interest and has a nice cafe opposite the hotel which we used. Christina on the desk was a very nice helpful young lady, with perfect English. It had underground parking which used a car elevator, which we liked too. We’d most definitely use it again.
Cons: Nothing to add here.

Pros: Cleanliness and good staff. Everything perfect.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The apartment is very nice, modern and clean. The beds were comfortable and the lounge is good to relax. It could do with a microwave ( its just easier to make a quick drink..) ,also spare pillows and some mugs. Because we used it only for sleeping (we were visiting family close by) it was the right place for us.
Cons: We couldn't get the television to work. First the remote needed some attention and the next day the television was locked on the radio.... All the instructions and informations were only in spanish. No english or french... The apartment is very close to a busy road and on top of a supermarket were the workers moving stuff in the early morning and it can be quite noisy...
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Large and comfortable apartment, best to suit people with cars.
Cons: It would be helpful to have various information in English and other languages readily available.

Pros: The hotel is in centrum, location is ok. the room was cleaned every day. The bad is confortable. They have air condition.
Cons: The parking place is too small. Almost the all guys from the reception not speak English. The rooms are too small. The price is too big for hotel facilities.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room and bathroom were spotlessly clean and modern. The location was very central, close to the train station and easy to walk anywhere.
Cons: The walls are very thin and my room had windows facing the street, so I was frequently woken up at 3 or 4am by people talking loudly. Breakfast was a la carte (no buffet) and there were not many options to choose from, especially for those of us who are used to a continental breakfast.
9,6 Excellent

5,0 Okay
Pros: Good parking, nice communal areas, really nice take away coffee trolley in the lobby.
Cons: The property itself is fine and nice in the communal areas, rooms do not have attention to detail or particularly nice furnishing. Fairly clean (apart from the odd hair not belonging to us) but really lacking on supplies for toiletries (cheap and basic), no robes/slippers, no soundproofing between rooms (could hear the tv and snoring for adjoining rooms). Staff were not particularly helpful and room service food was terrible (the bread was hard enough to take your teeth out). Lack of any help (porter) for luggage.

Cons: you can park in front of the hotel but to get there is illegal... We drove there anyway

Pros: The staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful. The manager sat down with us & the city map & gave us a quick summary of which places to be sure to see on a short city walk.
Cons: Urban noise in the street outside our room in early morning- but unavoidable when staying in a central city location. We prefer open windows to air conditioning, so probably not a issue if you keep windows closed & air con on.

Pros: Location, location, location. This hotel is steps from Plaza Mayor and all the shops and restaurants. The hotel has a very cool, traditional characteristic. The staff is friendly. The entire hotel smells very nice (very important to me). The rooms are spacious, very comfortable bed, nice/fresh smelling sheets and towels. Wonderful hotel and location for the price. 10,0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent.
7,5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was simple. So I grabbed a coffee, and then we ate in a nearby café.
Cons: Breakfast. Had to park in a city centre carpark
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Junior Suite was just perfect. Very comfortable. Jacuzzi in the suite was a nice surprise. Located in the center with easy access to main attractions. Recommend parking in nearby public parking especially with a big car! In general we enjoyed the place.
Cons: Getting to hotel by car is a challenge because of the one way streets. Don’t hesitate to drive to the front of hotel to unload or load your luggage even though the street is marked by no access sign. Hotel has a garage but suitable mostly for small cars (elevator access)
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff went above and beyond to be helpful. It is an attractive hotel on a quiet shopping street within easy walking distance to many interesting sites. I would stay there again.
Cons: It is a little difficult to find but that is the fault of my GPS
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Difficult to park but the concierge took time to help me back out and reverse to the lift for the garage. The room was enormous and very well appointed but the bed was hard.
Cons: Difficult to get to the hotel reception by car to drop off cases.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Nice quality medium sized hotel near the heart of Plaza Mayor.
Cons: No catering facilities (but we knew this when we booked) & difficult to find! (One way System) and the garage was even more difficult.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Great place. At £62 per night I have nothing to complain about. Excellent location, quiet overnight and has parking in the middle of the city.
Cons: The TV was broken and the shower head was loose but workable
9,6 Excellent
Cons: Access to the private parking was difficult
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are very comfortable and well fitted out, comfortable beds, quality linen & towels.
Cons: Breakfast can be ordered with individual items such as pastries and coffee. These are good quality, but not a huge range and maybe one or two complimentary items could be included with the room price.
6,7 Good
Cons: Pathetic service. Didn't ever bother helping with luggage at 11pm. Parking was a bit of a scam and "let" us park as a "favour" for 10 euro in a place that wasn't even prepared for parking, very unhelpful. Not going there again and wouldn't recommend it, at least not to foreigners who expect minimum service from a 4 STAR HOTEL!!

8,3 Excellent
Pros: Its location (right next to the main square) and very friendly staff.

Pros: Excellent location right next to Plaza Mayor
Cons: Beds were a bit soft
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful and gracious! The location was perfect! Right around the corner from the plaza mayor and a 10 minute walk the park and other historical sites. It was next to so many tapas bars and restaurants...lovely location!
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Everything apart from issue of parking and bathroom. Great situation just behind plaza Mayor. Room good well appointed with safe fridge , air con and TV. Very friendly staff.
Cons: The parking option was not available as promised on their spec. The nearby parking where they had a deal was closed due to works but I think they should either have done a deal with another nearby parking or at least informed clients so they would come prepared. There was nowhere to stop to offload luggage by hotel so had to drag bags a long way. Very inconvenient if you come by car. Bathroom rather antiquated.
7,5 Good
Pros: Excellent location in the heart of the city. Good value for money. Not much more to say, it´s really good for a short stay in the city and close to all main places to visit.

Pros: Nice little boutique hotel, simple but comfy, very friendly staff. Perfect location also.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The location was excellent and the room was clean. It was not over priced.
Cons: The location was excellent and it was clean but I was told upon arrival that I had been upgraded to a four star room. When I got to the room, I found a very small room with no window. There was a skylight only. It felt dark and dingy. For me personally this put me off. But, I was only there one night and the reception staff didn't give me a very friendly feeling so I decided not to say anything. It would have been nice if the reception staff had told me it had no window and asked if that was okay. Who knows, they may have given me another room if I had asked.

10,0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were professional and kind.
Cons: Nothing
4,2 Okay
Pros: Close to the highway. Basically nothing from the description matches!
Cons: It's located in the suburbs, in an unattractive residential area. Beds are too soft. The aircon doesn't work. The hotel is not in a convent, it's just built on its place. There is nothing to do around and they just hosted a wedding when we arrived so it was pretty noisy. I don't recommend it!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent overnight stay. Lovely rooms, interesting decorations throughout the hotel. Evening meal was lovely. Reception staff spoke English. The restaurant staff had little but they provided an English menu and were very patient with us. Breakfast choice was very good and fresh.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Historically interesting
Cons: Shower over bath difficult to control heat of water
7,5 Good
Pros: Lovely spacious bathroom that was well equipped. The food was excellent. I really enjoyed the warm chicken salad. The house white wine was very drinkable. There was ample available parking and it was very convenient for the motorway.
Cons: I got very badly bitten by mosquitoes in my room. There was no insect spray and by the time I was aware, it was three in the morning and all I could do was turn on the light and the air con full blast to avoid further bites. The breakfast needs improving. A choice of fruits perhaps including some dried fruits, and fruit salad would help. The bacon was under-cooked and really not nice at all.
7,9 Good
Pros: Room to hot
Cons: Air conditioning

9,6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable room with large bathroom. Excellent dinner included with our rate to include 4 courses, wine, water, coffee and after dinner digestif. Would recommend this to fellow travellers for an overnight stopover. Close to the main routes.
Cons: Nothing really.

Cons: There could be more choice at breakfast.
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Good value for price, good restaurant, good not to busy pool
Cons: Not able to have dinner on the terras outside
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Location ideal for access (on inner ring road) and travel onward without getting snarled up in city traffic. Evening meal ok for the price (in cafe rather than restaurant) and breakfast usual continental buffet up to expectation. Easy free parking and good sporting facilities on site.
Cons: Nothing really. Not very busy, so a bit lacking in character/soul.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: Easy access to major roads. Easy parking. Friendly staff. Good price
Cons: Coffee at breakfast.
7,5 Good
Pros: Location very easy from motorway. Excellent as an overnight stop. Ample free parking.
Cons: Very poor selection at breakfast
9,0 Excellent
Pros: Reception staff were particularly helpful.
Cons: It would have been better to be closer to town, but we knew that when we booked it.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: This was the last overnight of my roadtour so I deliberately went upscale to get some rest. When I got there a large wedding was in full swing. I went into Valladolid for the evening to escape the noise and general bedlam. Thankfully I was not disturbed much after going to bed except for some children shrieking in the corridors. Room and facilities are what you expect from a conference type hotel.
Cons: Before arriving I received a call to say they had double booked. That seemed odd as I paid in advance. Then another call to say it was a mistake and everything was ok. Breakfast on Sunday is not until 8:30 which was not good for me as I needed to be well away before 8am. A kindly person on the desk arranged for me to slip into the breakfast room and grab a croissant and coffee. Top marks to the staff!

Pros: Good location in the center of the town. Good garage very clean, but to much expensive for the guest´s. Very helpful cleaning woman resolving a problem with the card key. Good to have coffee and tea on the room.
Cons: I didn't like to order a coffee at the bar from the maid, sit down and not bring me to the table. He set the coffee on the counter and left the place. Poor service! I was to have dinner at your restaurant and with the situation I preferred to dine out so as not to have another unpleasant surprise!

Cons: Late arrival of Taxi when leaving. Maybe I should relax!
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Stayed here several times in the past as it’s a very convenient stop off point on our journey through Spain. We chose the hotel because it takes dogs. The on-site parking is good and the location is easy to reach.
Cons: Whilst the hotel allows dogs in the hotel they are not allowed in the restaurant so when it’s too cold or raining and you can’t eat outside with your dog you have to use room service. Saying that the room service was really good and efficient.

Pros: A very clean hotel, we got a family room which was quite big and very comfortable. A little bit old-fashioned in term of general ambiance and decoration - closer to a business hotel - but it was what we expected. Large rooms, beds were very comfortable, 2 bathrooms. Very quiet. Found a free parking space very easily in the street in front of the hotel, which was also very convenient. The area is very secure. Lots of nice little cafés and patisseries nearby for breakfast if necessary.

7,1 Good
Cons: Bathroom not well clean since last guest
7,1 Good
Pros: Well positioned hotel within 15mins walk of all main areas of town and the Plaza Mayor. Valladolid is a beautiful, well maintained town with numerous bars, restaurants and sights. The Plaza Mayor is stunning. Managed to secure a junior suite for a reasonable price which made our stay a touch more comfortable. The staff could not have been more helpful with our requests.
Cons: This hotel seems to be mainly for business travelers and therefore the price, I feel reflects that in some areas, ie parking and breakfast costs. The building itself is a little bumped at the edges, with ceilings having water damage and a windowsill held together with tape.
9,6 Excellent
Pros: comfortable beds great location parking garage was good very good restaurant
7,5 Good
Pros: Clean rooms, polite receptionist staff....
Cons: Location very far from everything... Restaurant service slow and the food they’re serving is cold ( grilled monkfish and the calamari served very cold after been grilled not very nice, we didn’t eaten one of them plate, sent it back, but we still got charged for it, only one waitress was working that night but she didn’t really care about anything...
8,8 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were spacious, modern and very clean.
Cons: Breakfast was offered at £40 per day. Really expensive compared to most hotels charging £10 - £20.
4,2 Okay
Cons: Left passports in the safe and reception wouldn't help in anyway.lucky we stayed in a proper hotel in San sebastian.
10,0 Excellent
Pros: Beds were great
Cons: Doors banging in corridor all night
8,3 Excellent
Pros: The bed was really comfortable and the breakfast was nice too.
Cons: It was difficult to open the door of the room.
9,2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was excellent. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Situation excellent - away from the hubbub of the city centre, but a pleasant 15 minute walk to everything (eg, Plaza Mayor - the centre of the the restaurants and night life.
Cons: Nothing, I gave ‘facilities’ 3 out of 4 because the hotel has no bar - but in practice we wanted to eat out at the many restaurants in the city, so a bar/restaurant wasn’t needed.

Cons: Perhaps a renovation upgrade in the rooms would be great.
6,7 Good
Pros: The hotel was good and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. We have a leak coming from the roof in the bathroom which made our last night little uncomfortable. The hotel offered to change the room but since it was the last night we did not want to make the move. It is 20 mins walk to the city center in a residential area. We would have liked it more close to the city. The hotel looks a little old.
Cons: The hotel room and the location, we wanted a little closer to the city.
8,3 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful reception staff
Cons: They charge about 15 euros+/- for breakfast
10,0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we were given a special customer upgrade when we arrived. The hotel was within easy walking access to town centre along the flat and it had an underground garage for the car. The buffet breakfast was very generous with a huge choice of food and even had a gluten free section. The hotel is easily accessible from the main road for drivers. We were only there for one night but it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and the town centre is certainly worth a visit.
Cons: nothing
