Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's scenic location, beautiful views, and natural surroundings, making it a favorite for nature lovers. Many found the staff friendly and welcoming, and several enjoyed the food and breakfast. However, there were repeated complaints about cleanliness, maintenance, and hygiene, with some rooms and bathrooms described as untidy or poorly maintained. Service was mixed, with some guests finding it slow or lacking, and amenities like the pool and basic room provisions sometimes unavailable or underwhelming. Overall, the location and views are the standout positives, but improvements in cleanliness and service are needed.
