Pros: We (my girlfriend and I) were amazed by the staff. We've both been to many places in Europe and the US and have never met a staff nicer than at this Pousada. You are welcomed every day with a smile that makes you feel good every time you arrive at the Pousada. They are very helpful in every situation and they know pretty much every corner of Ubatuba. The facility is very clean and offers everything you need for a good beach vacation. AC works well, the room stays cool in very hot days, breakfast was yummy, too.

Pros: They are in a good location nearby Turtle project and Ubatuba aquarium plus city centre. I've done lot of a activities by foot. They are very friendly, they keep the room really clean and fresh, plus nice breakfast however I missed cereal as an option. I recommend it to stay a weekend or a couple of days. Thank you very much for all staff team and the manager.

Cons: The only problem is that you will get up in the morning no matter what. You will listen absolut everything that happens at the hall, if there are children arround it will be unpleasent. Of course it depends a lot on the kind of neighbours you get.

Pros: The staff is super kind! They asked me about food allergies in the check in and bought me a special milk for breakfast. Also, they let us shower in the sauna and provided us clean towels after coming back from the beach even if we had already checked out.
