Location was great!! Convenient to everything... lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, and within walking distance of the beach. Did not need to drive anywhere! Checkout was super easy, and he attendant was great... she even called to tell us we’d left a pillow in the room!
The facility was old and rundown. We had a clogged drain in the main bathroom and our room smelled terrible. The alternate sink did not have hot water and the outlets near the beds did not work, so we had to charge our phones in the bathroom. I requested to change rooms, but they were sold out. I actually went out and bought my own cleaning supplies to feel more comfortable in our room.
Close to everything Pool was very clean and inviting Beds were very comfortable and it was quiet at night
Breakfast was a little blah Was hoping for a hot breakfast like eggs and sausage
It kept us out of the weather. There was a place to park the car. The check in person was friendly. The dog at the front desk was pretty cool. We left the location.
The bug bites that half of our people staying received during the night. The crazy lady who stripped down to her underwear, Thank God she was wearing them, and dove into the pool, only to have the wet underwear to look like almost nothing at all :( The area was very congested, hard to get in and out, locals will drive on your bumper until they can get around you. The dank, musty smell of the room was so bad that my wife went to the store and bought air fresheners and freshening spray to ease the smell.
Staff weren’t very accommodating. Snatched breakfast away from literally under my hand. It was 5 minutes after bfast was over. Maybe wait another 30 seconds before taking it. No other guests were there to follow my 5 minute late muffin grab any way.
Walking distance to the beach and the back pier.
Alot of things were broken.
